It all started with curiosity. And with a still. Not particularly large, nor particularly modern, but enough to discover something important: distilling properly takes time.

Here we work batch by batch, without cutting corners. The botanicals are carefully selected a9> and the citrus fruits come from orchards in Sóller and s’Horta, places where the Mediterranean seeps through even into the aroma of the fruit.

The process is simple, at least in theory: good ingredients, a low heat and patience. Lots of patience.

Our gin, limoncello and arancello are born from that idea. No unnecessary frills. Just respect for the product and the craft.

In an age when almost everything is churned out in a hurry, we prefer to take our time. Not out of nostalgia, but because we believe that flavour depends on time, care and the people behind each bottle.

We’re not a large distillery, and perhaps that’s precisely what makes us special. We work batch by batch, tasting, fine-tuning and respecting the natural pace of each production run.

Mallorca is present in everything we do: in the citrus fruits, in the aromatic herbs, and in that Mediterranean way of enjoying life at a leisurely pace.

Because in the end, more than distilling drinks, we distil a way of understanding the craft.
