A gin that takes its time

It all starts with the silence of the still and that first aroma that appears when the botanicals begin to wake up with the heat. Juniper, Mediterranean citrus and a few more secrets that we prefer not to reveal completely —every distillery keeps its little manias.

Our gin is distilled batch by batch, without hurry, letting each ingredient find its place. The lemons and oranges come from Sóller and s’Horta, places where the sun seems to linger a little longer every afternoon. And perhaps that is why the result has that fresh, bright… very Mediterranean character.

The way to drink it? Some prefer it classic, with tonic and ice. Others add a lemon peel, a sprig of rosemary or simply nothing.

The truth is that this gin works almost any way. As long as there is good company.
