The taste of freshly cut lemon

There is a very specific moment when a lemon is peeled: that instant when the air fills with an intense, fresh, almost electric aroma. If you have ever been in a Sóller orchard, you know exactly what we are talking about.

Our limoncello is born right there.

We use lemons selected one by one, because in a liquor as simple as this —lemon, alcohol, sugar, and patience— every detail counts. The peels rest the necessary time to extract that vibrant character that Mediterranean citrus fruits have.

The result is a luminous, balanced, and surprisingly smooth limoncello.

Chilled, very cold, is how it is best enjoyed. After a meal, at a long sobremesa… or when you simply crave something that tasted like summer.
